Tough Boys are a dance collective based in London. Both originally from Scotland’s central belt, Roseann Dendy and Sula Castle come together to create work that lives in a synaptic landscape of tenderness and brutality. By responding to the world as they see it, they make high-octane movement vocabularies within contemporary and hip-hop theatre, continually questioning the fundamental human condition and its intersections with queerness, religion and class. Tough Boys are the current Young Associates Artists at Sadler’s Wells 2023-25 and are represented by production house Metal&Water.

They are currently developing two theatre works; DUG MEAT and At The Foot of The Brae. Alongisde their work in theatres they are open to commerical commisions in choreography and movement direction.
